TCL Extends its Global Leadership from Television to Air Conditioning with Launch of VoxIN JetMax in the UAE

Dubai, UAE / Newszy / August 10, 2026: TCL, one of the leading consumer electronics brands in the world, has officially launched the VoxIN JetMax Air Conditioner in the UAE, a premium split AC system developed specifically for the extreme heat conditions of the Gulf, and the clearest expression yet of TCL’s ambition to bring its consumer electronics leadership into the home appliance category.

The UAE presents some of the most demanding conditions for home air conditioning anywhere in the world. With summer temperatures regularly exceeding 45°C and sustained heat that places continuous pressure on cooling systems, UAE households, particularly those in villas and larger residential properties, require equipment that is built for local realities, not simply rated for them. The VoxIN JetMax has been designed with precisely these conditions in mind.

Mr. Vic Shen, General Manager of TCL MEA, said: “TCL has earned the trust of consumers around the world through products that deliver genuine performance. The UAE is one of the most important markets in the region, and we are proud to bring the VoxIN JetMax here as a product that truly reflects the demands of UAE living. Cooling is not a seasonal convenience in the UAE, it is a daily necessity, and families deserve an air conditioner that is as intelligent and dependable as the rest of their home.”

    Engineered for UAE summers

At the core of the VoxIN JetMax is TCL’s Dual Jet Compressor technology, which enables the system to cool a room from 35°C to 18°C in just 30 seconds. A 17-metre long-distance airflow capability ensures even temperature distribution across large open-plan spaces and villa living areas, addressing one of the most common comfort challenges in UAE homes. The system maintains reliable performance even when outdoor temperatures exceed 70°C, a specification driven by the real operating conditions of the UAE rather than standard international benchmarks.

    Intelligent efficiency for year-round use

With air conditioning accounting for a significant share of annual household energy costs in the UAE, efficiency is as important as performance. The VoxIN JetMax integrates TCL’s AI energy-saving technology, which monitors and adjusts the system’s output automatically to maintain comfort while reducing unnecessary consumption. For homeowners, this translates directly to lower utility bills without compromising on cooling quality. Offline voice control, mobile app management, self-cleaning functions and odour removal complete a feature set designed for the expectations of a modern UAE home.

    TCL’s commitment to the UAE

The launch of the VoxIN JetMax is part of TCL’s broader strategy to deepen its presence in the UAE across product categories. With 5 R&D centres, 7 joint laboratories and 21 manufacturing facilities worldwide, including a Smart Manufacturing Base in Guangzhou capable of producing one air conditioning unit every seven seconds, TCL brings the engineering scale and quality infrastructure to support a long-term commitment to this market. As a brand that has already earned the loyalty of UAE consumers through its television products, TCL is now applying that same standard to how families in the Emirates stay cool.
